This post is all about easy cocktails to make.
This is your sign to plan a girl’s night, order your favourite food, and make fun cocktails! I love trying out new drinks and pretending to be a mixologist so I always lean to easy-to-make cocktail recipes. No fuss, just drinks and vibes.
Okay, so why go for easy cocktails? The point is not to over-complicate the recipes and have a grocery list of ingredients. My golden rule is if you need more than five ingredients then you’re doing too much.
Here are the base ingredients that you’ll need:
1. Spirits – The Easy Base:
Think of vodka, rum, and brandy as the blank canvas for your drinks. If you’re not fussy about tradition, you can stick to your favourite. Grab your favourite bottle, and let’s get the party started.
2. Fresh Citrus – Must Have Zest
Lemons and limes are a must-have. Fresh is always the way to go but don’t be afraid to grab a couple of prejuiced bottles.
3. Simple Syrup – So Simple, So Sweet:
All you need to do is mix equal parts sugar and water, and heat it in a small pot on the stove until the sugar dissolves. Any unused portions can be kept in the fridge for future use.
