					<description><![CDATA[I love these tips! So simple however they have a lot of benefits. Planning is definitely my go-to healthy habit because without it I&#039;d be lost and would spend all day every day on.. well, nothing. I literally write lists of what I have to do each day, workout included, and only then am I motivated enough to actually get to it. And yes to getting fresh air! I miss it so much now that we&#039;re on lockdown so I just have my windows wide open all day now.
